Pamukoff & Associates Inc. is a Human Resources practice which only
works with a few organizations/clients at a time. Our aim is to
be a company’s trusted advisor and be able to go deep
into their organizational issues and structure to find
sustainable solutions. Our firm is lead by Ex
Vice-President’s of Human Resources and is a
Canadian-owned and managed consulting company in business since
1991.
Stephan (Steff) Pamukoff is currently President of Pamukoff & Associates
Inc. He received his Masters of Industrial Relations from
the University of Toronto and is a certified Human Resource
Professional in the province of Ontario. In addition, he has
over 15 years of directly related corporate experience in the
human resources, leadership and organizational effectiveness
field.
During the last 14 years, Stephan has
developed an extensive practice in providing strategic human
resources, leadership and management development, change
management, governance, competency modeling, and organizational
effectiveness, to a wide range of clients in the private and
public sectors. In addition to this enthusiastic style of
facilitating groups, consulting and project management, he
brings a keen understanding of management and organizational
issues to these consulting projects. A recent
concentration has been work on creating the “learning
organization” and competency based performance systems.
In addition, Stephan has been active in
assisting visionary planning and leadership initiatives for
organizations, which include providing facilitation for senior
mangers in resolving highly complex issues, which are critical
to the success of their company.
Robert (Bob) Jones is a Senior Partner with extensive experience in
Strategy, Communications, Negotiations, and Human
Resources leadership within both privately and publicly held
companies. He is an outcomes focused leader with a strong
and diverse network of working relationships within business,
education,
and government. Experienced in a wide range of significant business and community - based organizations, he has demonstrated ability to enhance the financial and program performance of these groups and clients while effectively representing them in various communities. A “quick study”, accomplished at implementing strategic initiatives in a multi-task capacity, he has consistently demonstrated successful leadership in high-energy environments. Bob has a high degree of credibility and is viewed as a trusted advisor by all of our clients and the boards he works on.
Bob provides a wide range of services which
include: Leadership, Organizational Design, Communications,
Media and Human Resource Labour Relations Consulting.
