self-directed work teams for a major Steel Company in Eastern
Canada; facilitation and audit of a new performance management
system; labour negotiations; the development, design and
implementation of executive leadership programs for several
high performing companies; succession planning and facilitation
of a senior management group to clarify roles so that they will
be fully prepared for dynamic growth and change.
